Members now have the opportunity to claim compensation at no cost for issues such as delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled flights, class changes, missed connections, baggage problems, and more, thanks to the new Airport Claim Assistance service. This service allows Members to file claims for flight incidents that occurred up to five years ago, with the assurance of receiving the maximum possible compensation. The service is completely free for Members, and if the claim is successful, 20% of the total refund amount is retained.
