Autosobriety is the result of a partnership between the UN Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and Pernod Ricard. The initiative comprises a set of educational tools designed to be implemented in countries where impaired driving is a leading cause of road traffic crashes and fatalities. The program aims to educate road users about the current road safety situation in their country and region, the effects of alcohol on the body and driving performance, relevant impaired driving legislation, and the importance of adopting safe driving practices.
