ADAC’s Smart Connect enables its members to gain a deeper understanding of their vehicle health, empowering them to make informed decisions about their car usage and ownership. Using connected dongles, the app is able to carry out deep-diagnosis vehicle scans on-demand, provide recommendations, and offer telephone support from ADAC’s technical experts. The Smart Connect App allows the Club to better serve its 8000 members when they require roadside assistance, or better yet, avoid it altogether. The plan is to expand the service to all supported OE-connected vehicles over the coming years
