Motorsport UK TV Launches Fitness Series

Motorsport UK TV has launched a new fitness-focused video series to help competitors prepare for the 2025 season. In collaboration with Porsche Human Performance’s Eliot Challifour and drivers from the Motorsport UK Academy, the series explores why fitness is essential for drivers and co-drivers striving for personal bests and podium finishes.

The series provides practical tips to improve physical and cognitive performance, covering key areas such as hydration, posture, and explosive movement. It also highlights the importance of cardiovascular endurance, reaction time, and strength training—essential components of a driver’s fitness regimen.
