The following hearing of the International Court of Appeal will take place in Paris:

Hearing

Case ICA-2015-06: Appeal brought by the Federazione Auto Motoristica Sammarinese (FAMS) on behalf of its license-holder Tsunami R.T. S.r.l. against a decision dated 5th November 2015 of the National Court of Appeal of the Automobile Club d’Italia–Commissione Sportiva Automobilistica Italiana (ACI-CSAI), which ruled on an appeal lodged by Antonelli Motorsport against Decision No. 7 dated 17th October 2015 by the Stewards of the Mugello competition (Italia) counting towards the 2015 Porsche Carrera Cup Italia.

On October 17, 2015, the Stewards, by decision No 7, decided to give a time penalty of 2 seconds to car No 25 (Driver: Riccardo Agostini, Team: Antonelli Motorsport), on the grounds of misconduct during the race, to be added to the final results of Race 1 of the Mugello competition (Italia), counting towards the 2015 Porsche Carrera Cup Italia.

The competitor decided to appeal this decision before the Italian National Court of Appeal.

On November 5, 2015, the ACI-CSAI National Court of Appeal decided to reject:

-        the competitor’s request for a reduction of the sanction,

-        the third party’s request (Tsunami R.T. S.r.l.) for a different or heavier sanction.

On November 13, 2015, the Federazione Auto Motoristica Sammarinese (FAMS) decided to appeal the decision of the ACI-CSAI National Court of Appeal.
