The Road Safety Institute (RSI) "Panos Mylonas", in collaboration with the Ministry of National Defence and the Hellenic Army General Staff, has launched a specialised road safety training programme for military personnel in 2025. This initiative aligns with RSI’s mission to reduce road crashes by targeting high-risk groups, providing essential education and hands-on experience to young soldiers and army officials.

The Touring y Automóvil Club del Perú (TACP) kicked off 2025 with a successful Motorsport Festival at Kartódromo de Asia in Lima, offering five accessible racing activities to engage fans and promote grassroots participation. The Caribbean’s motorsport landscape is set for a major transformation with the launch of the Caribbean Drag Racing Championship (CDRC), an invitation-only series uniting top drag racers from Barbados, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, and Jamaica. Spearheaded by the Jamaica Millennium Motoring Club (JMMC) in collaboration with the Barbados Motoring Federation (BMF), the Barbados Association of Dragsters and Drifters (BADD), the Guyana Motor Racing and Sports Club (GMRSC), and the Trinidad and Tobago Automobile Sports Association (TTASA), this initiative strengthens the region’s motorsport structure and provides a premier platform for high-level competition.
