Drawing on the success of the first two events - in Paris in 2012 and Lisbon in 2016 - the FIA Women in Motorsport Seminar is a unique opportunity to unite the motor sport community, the Commission’s members and national representatives in more than 75 countries. Distinguished guests and experts in various fields will also join to discuss and debate challenges within the sport and how to make a positive contribution to society.
Within the context of the FIA’s Purpose Driven movement, diversity and inclusion are one of the four pillars to driving change and the Seminar will seek to address what more needs to be put in place to balance the equality scales.
