A dinner was held at Daniel Pienaar Technical High School in Kariega to celebrate two significant achievements: the presentation of the FIA President’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Award to the school, and the recognition of nine South African motorsport legends. The high school, the only one in South Africa offering motorsport as a school sport, was honoured for its commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the sport.

The FIA Girls on Track program is set to expand its reach to the Australia’s Northern Territory in 2024, with two events scheduled for June. In collaboration with Motorsport Australia, Motorsport NT and Major Events NT, this initiative aims to boost participation of young women in motorsport. Following a successful edition last year, the program returns to Darwin while venturing to Alice Springs for the first time.

Girls' Day 2024 was held with great success on April 25, 2024 as part of the DTM season opener at the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben. Organised by Deutscher Motor Sport Bund (DMSB) in cooperation with Deutsche Motor Sport Jugend (DMSJ), Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund (DOSB), Deutsche Sportjugend (DSJ) and the project "Klischeefrei im Sport", the event offered ten young girls an insightful behind-the-scene glimpse into the world of motorsport.
