LUKYANUK: ERC TITLE MY FOCUS IN ZLÍN
Alexey Lukyanuk has vowed not to lose focus when the FIA European Rally Championship heads to Czech Republic. The ERC leader by nine points over Bruno Magalhães has never won Barum Czech Rally Zlín but has come close to ending home hero Jan Kopecký’s dominance of the event in recent seasons. However, he insists winning the coveted ERC title is the priority when action gets underway on Friday, and will drive accordingly in the Ford Fiesta R5 he shares with co-driver Alexey Arnautov. Click for full story.

KRISTENSSON PAYS TRIBUTE TO “AMAZING” ERC TEAM
Tom Kristensson says his participation on Barum Czech Rally Zlín has been made possible by the efforts of his “amazing” ADAC Opel Rally Junior Team. ČERNÝ AIMING FOR ERC JUNIOR PODIUM
Jan Černý hopes to hit back from his Rally di Roma Capitale frustrations in the best way possible: by finishing his home round of the FIA ERC Junior Under 28 Championship on the podium. Černý placed fourth in the category for young stars in R5 cars in Italy following a spate of punctures. But he hopes his previous Barum Czech Rally Zlín experience (this will be start number 10 in south-eastern Moravia for the 28-year-old), plus strong home support will lead to a top-three finish. Click for full story.
