This year’s tailor-made programme saw 26 delegates from 21 FIA Member Clubs around the world focus on subjects such as strategy making, how to rethink their Club’s revenue models, change management, innovation and how to lead through influence.

In addition to courses taught by ESADE Business School professors, this year’s programme featured knowledge-sharing sessions taught by 7 FIA Club Experts who hold senior leadership positions in their Clubs. These leaders provided delegates with first-hand experience and insights to take back to their Clubs.

Delegates had the opportunity to network with Club Experts, as well as each other, during social events and activities, thus developing their professional contacts, as well as learning from each other. The first evening of the programme included a cooking team-building activity, and the last evening included a closing ceremony, during which every delegate was awarded a certificate of participation.

This seventh edition of the FIA University Emerging Leaders Programme successfully equipped delegates with the necessary tools to confront the challenges they face.
