This morning’s 60-minute Free Practice 3 session for this weekend’s 6 Hours of Silverstone was red flagged due to the cold and slippery conditions caused by a snow shower passing over the Northamptonshire circuit.  

The weather forecast is for the snow to clear in the next hour and the next track session for the opening round of the FIA World Endurance Championship will be qualifying which is due to start at 11h50.
