Sebastien Loeb and Daniel Elena have taken a sensational victory in Rally de España, holding off Sebastien Ogier and Julien Ingrassia to claim their ninth win on this event by just 2.9 seconds.

Elfyn Evans and Daniel Barritt snatched third from Thierry Neuville and Nicolas Gilsoul after the Belgian pairing hit a stone and broke a wheel in the closing kilometres of the Power Stage.

Ogier now leads the FIA World Rally Championship by three points over Neuville heading to the final round in Australia.
