WRC - 2018 Rally De Portugal - Breaking News
Hyundai’s Thierry Neuville and Nicolas Gilsoul claimed their first Rally de Portugal victory today, taking the win by 40 seconds over Elfyn Evans and Daniel Barritt. After a close-fought battle for the final podium positions, Teemu Suninen and Mikko Markkula took third, Suninen delighted with his first-ever WRC podium.
Neuville now regains the advantage and takes a 19-point lead over Sebastien Ogier in the Drivers’ Championship, the reigning FIA World Rally Champion leaving Portugal with zero points.
