The FIA Region II finalists presented their projects at the FIA’s annual Region II Roundtable The FIA Innovation Challenge was launched in 2024 and aims to celebrate innovative or creative business activities within the FIA’s Mobility Club community

A dinner was held at Daniel Pienaar Technical High School in Kariega to celebrate two significant achievements: the presentation of the FIA President’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Award to the school, and the recognition of nine South African motorsport legends. The high school, the only one in South Africa offering motorsport as a school sport, was honoured for its commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the sport.
