Formula E has today announced that the first-ever all-women test session of an FIA Championship will take place on Thursday 7th November at Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia, as part of the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship’s pre-season testing schedule.

In a groundbreaking move, the Azerbaijan Grand Prix has introduced a Women’s Marshal Post at the pivotal Turn 16. This is the third year of this initiative, which puts female marshals at the heart of race operations and highlights their important role in the event.

The FIA Girls on Track program is set to expand its reach to the Australia’s Northern Territory in 2024, with two events scheduled for June. In collaboration with Motorsport Australia, Motorsport NT and Major Events NT, this initiative aims to boost participation of young women in motorsport. Following a successful edition last year, the program returns to Darwin while venturing to Alice Springs for the first time.

Established in 2022 under the umbrella of the Brazilian Confederation of Motorsports (CBA) and its President, Giovanni Guerra, the Comissão Feminina do Automobilismo (CFA) remains steadfast in its mission to foster a more inclusive motor sport community. Their dedication to diversity and inclusion has earned commendation, notably receiving the "FIA José Abed Awards" for their impactful "FIA Girls on Track: engineers and mechanics" initiative.
