Ayer, más de 35 asesores de seguridad vial y expertos del sector privado, organizaciones internacionales, instituciones financieras y de desarrollo y ONG se reunieron en Ginebra para discutir el plan de trabajo del Panel de Alto Nivel para la Seguridad Vial (HLP) de la FIA para 2019.
