It started with a phone call from a Bolivian schoolteacher in Tomave, a small town in the Bolivian state of Potosí. Her school, Unidad Educativa Estados Unidos de Norte America (Elementary School of the United States of America), is named for the U.S., yet her schoolchildren had never met real-life Americans. Zunilda Callapa Rodriguez first attempted to reach the Bolivian embassy in her request to introduce her students to U.S. citizens, but without an American embassy currently in Bolivia, this goal isn’t so easily met.

The 2023 RX2e, Euro RX1 and Euro RX3 championship titles will be decided this weekend (19-20 August) at the World RX of Germany, held at the tight-and-twisty Buxtehude-based Estering track.
