We are pleased to announce that Alban Martinet has been appointed CIK-FIA Executive Secretary by the President of the FIA. He will take office on the 11th of October 2021. Alban has been active in the world of karting for about 30 years, first as a competitor – enjoying the title of double vice-champion of Europe in the ICA (1993) and Formula A CIK-FIA (1997) categories - then, for the last 15 years, in the promotion and organization of the sport.

The 2021 FIA Certified Gran Turismo Championships entered the second half of the season with the trophies very much still up for grabs. After an action-packed first half of the 2021 season, things picked up right where they left off in the Nations Cup and Manufacturer Series for this third-round event.
