The second running of the FIA F3 World Cup will see all competitors using Yokohama tyres, which have been selected in collaboration between the FIA and the local promoter and will be supplied exclusively for the event.

The use of a unique FIA F3 World Cup specification tyre will offer a fairer competition around the challenging Guia Circuit in Macau, with each competitor allocated seven front and seven rear dry tyres and six front and six rear wet tyres for the entire event which comprises:

• Two free practices sessions - 40 minutes each
• Two qualifying practice sessions - 40 minutes each
• One qualification race - 10 laps
• One race - 15 laps

To provide the optimal specification, the tyre supplier will organise a specific tyre test session using the updated 2017 F3 aerodynamic kit and ensuring that no advantage is given to any participating drivers and teams.

To further increase parity between the competitors, teams will receive the tyre specification and allocation at the start of the FIA F3 World Cup.
