WEC - Toyota and Porsche top Night Practice at Le Mans
The second Free Practice session was two hours long held in darkness and concluded at midnight. The two Toyotas topped the times, with the #8 GR010-Hybrid the fastest with a 3m29.351, three tenths ahead of the #7 Toyota. The #708 Glickenhaus 007 LMH was third fastest ahead of the #36 Alpine Elf Matmut A480.
The #79 Weathertech Racing Team Porsche led the way in LMGTE Pro with a 3m49.018 lap, 0.920s ahead of the #91 Porsche GT Team 911 RSR-19.
The #38 JOTA Oreca was once again at the head of the LMP2 field with a 3m32.390 lap, 0.218s ahead of the #70 Realteam Racing Oreca and seven tenths ahead of the #22 United Autosports Oreca.
The LMGTE Am field was headed by the #88 Dempsey-Proton Racing Porsche with a 3m51.452, with the #388 Rinaldi Racing Ferrari in second 0.5s behind the lead Porsche and the #56 Team Project 1 Porsche in third a further two tenths back.
