WEC - The Class of 2019
The 186 drivers taking part in the 87th running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans gathered on the circuit’s start/finish straight for an official class of 2019 group picture.
The 2019 24 Hours of Le Mans is the eighth and final round of the 2018/19 FIA World Endurance Championship Super Season and it will decide who will be crowned FIA World Endurance Drivers’ Champions in both the LMP1 and LMGTE Pro categories. The destination of the LMP2 and LMGTE Am titles will also be decided this weekend.
Track action will commence this afternoon [Wednesday 12 June] at 16h00 for the Free Practice session followed by the first of three qualifying sessions at 22h00.
