As part of the Sri Lankan Ministry of Transport's Auto and Transport Expo, the FIA member - the Automobile Association of Ceylon (AAC) - organised an Aid Point promoting the importance of immediate and correct first aid assitance in post-crash care.

Properly administered post-crash care can have a profound effect on limiting serious injury and avoiding death for those who have had been in an accident.

The AAC's activities aim to raise awareness and promote best practices in regard to this.
