On Saturday 9 July, FIA President and UN Secretary General's Special Envoy for Road Safety Jean Todt and Richard Mille, founder of the luxury brand of Swiss watches, along with Pierre Fillon, François Fillon, Gerhard Berger, Yohan Blake and Pharrell Williams, showed their support to the #SaveKidsLives campaign at the Le Mans Classic.
FIA, Motorsport, Mobility, Road Safety, F1, WRC, WEC, WTCC, World RX

They all gathered on the occasion of the 8th Le Mans Classic, a biennial vintage sports car event held on the famous "Circuit de la Sarthe".  Created in 2002 by Peter Auto in association with the Automobile Club de l'Ouest, Le Mans Classic offers a great retrospective of the legendary Le Mans 24 Hours.

The ambassadors signed #SaveKidsLives boards to show their support to the UN road safety campaign. The #SaveKidsLives initiative, coordinated by the United Nations Road Safety Collaboration, was launched six months before the Third UN Global Road Safety Week in May 2015. The campaign is co-led by children and calls for urgent action to halve road deaths and injuries by 2020, the target established in the Global Goals.
