As a federation, we do not tolerate any practice, attitude or behavior that may be in any way detrimental to the dignity of the participants to the FIA activities. This implies a zero-tolerance approach towards discrimination, harassment and our stand for the full protection of the physical and mental integrity of the participants to the FIA activities (Art. 1 of the FIA Code of Ethics). The FIA explores all possible ways towards the protection of human rights, taking into account the increasing awareness of such related issues.
