The 2026 FIA Motorsport Games are on the horizon, promising another exhilarating celebration of international motorsport talent. While the host and venue are yet to be determined, significant efforts are underway by the FIA and SRO to select the most suitable destination from among those that have expressed interest.

The FIA Motorsport Games present a unique opportunity for nations to demonstrate their motorsport prowess across a variety of disciplines, and this decision-making process ensures that the chosen location will provide the best possible platform for teams and competitors to showcase their skills on the global stage. We are actively pushing for a decision on the host to be approved by the FIA World Motor Sport Council in June 2025.

In the meantime, we are pleased to see that many ASNs have already begun assembling their teams and securing sponsorship in anticipation of the event. Regardless of the final destination, certain single-supplier categories, such as Karting, Slalom and Esports, will remain largely unaffected by the location, ensuring a level playing field for all competitors. Given this, we strongly encourage ASNs to continue their preparations and actively engage in building strong national teams while securing the necessary support from sponsors and stakeholders.

The FIA Motorsport Games team is committed to assisting ASNs throughout this process and is available to provide guidance where needed. The road to the 2026 FIA Motorsport Games has begun, and we invite all ASNs to take full advantage of this incredible opportunity to represent their nation on the world stage.
