An Accepted Breach Agreement (“ABA”) dated 19 May 2022 has been entered into by and between the FIA and Williams Grand Prix Engineering Limited pursuant to Article 6.28 of the FIA Formula 1 Financial Regulations (“Financial Regulations”).
