FIAFIA University 2016
Emerging Leaders Programme fifth edition
The Emerging Leaders Programmes, which launched in 2013, is our flagship course in leadership and strategy. It is a unique educational experience that aims at supporting FIA’s Mobility Clubs and ACNs to develop their full potential. This programme incorporates a blend of learning tools: lectures, discussions and debates, workshops, and case studies. The structure of the programme invites the participants to share their own experience on decision-making and to exchange best practices. Campus life includes unique “living groups” that are designed to encourage the interaction of the participants inside the classroom and beyond. As a result, FIA Clubs provide their high potential managers with a unique learning opportunity while building a real worldwide community of FIA ambassadors.
