The FIA Anti-Doping Disciplinary Committee is invested with disciplinary power in the first instance over Drivers, Drivers Support Personnel and other Persons subject to the provisions of the FIA Anti-Doping Regulations (Appendix A to The International Sporting Code) who are suspected of having infringed them. The decisions of the FIA Anti-Doping Disciplinary Committee may be appealed before the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
