This year, the FIA Mobility Grants supported by the FIA Foundation will fund 29 Club projects to promote safe, clean, smart and inclusive mobility.

The Alberta Motor Association (AMA), member of the Canadian Automobile Association (CAA), is taking an innovative step towards promoting pollinator awareness by installing beehives at several of its key locations in Edmonton and Calgary. This initiative, set to unfold over the next two years, aligns with AMA's commitment to ecological sustainability and education about the critical role that pollinators play in our ecosystem.

Led by NACT President Karim Azzouz, a delegation from the National Automobile Club of Tunisia (NACT), along with youth Club members and Mr. Mohamed Flis, representative from the International Federation of Sports Journalism, convened in a game-changing workshop on August 28 at Cap Angela. At the Vision Zero Conference in Stockholm, the FIA presented its FIA Road Safety Index, announced TotalEnergies as being the first private sector company to reach the highest level of achievement of the Index, and encouraged companies and organisations to join the efforts for safer roads.

The FIA Road Safety Index is a new index aiming to increase companies and organisations’ insights on the impact of their operations on road safety and to help them report on their ambitions, actions, and results. With the FIA Road Safety Index, organisations and companies can measure their safety footprint just like they do for their carbon footprint (total greenhouse gas emissions). The safety footprint can then be used as a basis for setting goals and formulating strategies and as a clear key figure to include in their sustainability report.
