Bosnia and Herzegovina Automobile Club (BIHAMK) has been granted 2-star accreditation as part of the FIA Environmental Accreditation Programme. The several-month-long accreditation process proved to be very rewarding for BIHAMK as it helped structure its pro-environmental activities which have been an essential part of its long-term strategy to reduce its environmental impact.

The City of Cordoba, the Region of Andalusia and the Real Automóvil Club de España (RACE) will host the 2023 FIA Conference and Extraordinary General Assembly from 20-22 June. The 2023 FIA Conference will focus on “Accelerating Change: Member-Driven, Knowledge-Led Transformation” and gather Delegates from FIA Member Organisations around the world. It will give the floor to the FIA Senior Leadership Team, FIA Club experts and international keynote speakers to address strategic topics for motor sport and mobility. A Bridgestone FIA ecoRally Cup challenge will be organised as part of the event.

The FIA Smart Driving Challenge is a global challenge that encourages everyday motorists to adopt smarter, cleaner, and safer driving behaviour. A collaboration between FIA and Greater Than, the FIA Smart Driving Challenge analyses real-time driving behaviour using Greater Than’s pattern AI technology. Participants in the 2022 Season achieved an average CO2 saving of 12.3% vs the global average.*

DISCUSSING ADVANCEMENTS: THE WORLD COUNCIL FOR AUTOMOBILE MOBILITY AND TOURISM FIRST MEETING OF 2023
The first 2023 meeting of the World Council for Automobile Mobility and Tourism (WCAMT) was the occasion to discuss the rollout of ambitious projects to promote safe and sustainable mobility, plans to better empower the regions and support the Clubs, as well as a joint initiative to preserve and protect the automobile heritage.

On 16 March, the first One Road meet-up event was organised at the FIA headquarters in Geneva under the theme: 'Let’s hit One Road together!'. One Road aims to harness the collective power of FIA Mobility Clubs to create a global rewards programme that offers high-value benefits to their members and create new revenue streams for Clubs. The workshop focused on the future deployment of the FIA-led B2B loyalty programme bringing together FIA Club Delegates, Business Partner representatives, a platform expert from the Canadian Automobile Association and FIA staff members.

On 8-9 March, the FIA organised a One Road Asia Pacific Workshop in Singapore, gathering six Senior Marketing Directors and CEOs from APAC FIA Member Clubs, two Foreign Affairs Officers and two FIA One Road Experts to discuss the deployment of the FIA-led B2B loyalty programme One Road in the region.
