The FIA’s National Sporting Authority (ASN) in Lebanon, the Automobile et Touring Club du Liban (ATCL) has become a Regional Training Provider (RTP) for drivers, adding a further discipline to its existing role as an RTP for officials.

The 21st edition of AUTO goes behind the scenes at the FIA Annual General Assembly week in Paris, with a special focus on the re-election of President Jean Todt, the launch of the FIA Hall of Fame, and the year's FIA Prize Giving Gala, as well as profiling the year's World Champions. The magazine also contains many in-depth features focusing on the most important issues and personalities across the Sport and Mobility landscapes.

The FIA has confirmed the appointment of the four independent members of its Senate, the body that oversees the management, governance and finances of the FIA administration across both Sport and Mobility pillars.

Speaking at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development’s High Level Conference on Global Sustainable Development Goals on Road Safety, Jean Todt underlines the positive work of Multilateral Development Banks around the world and the need for greater urgency and improved coordination amongst road safety stakeholders in order to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals on road safety

The FIA held its General Assembly in Paris, France, today, bringing to a close its annual series of meetings of Sport and Mobility FIA Member Clubs from around the world. The week’s activities will culminate in this evening’s FIA Prize Giving Gala at the Palace of Versailles at which the winners of the Federation’s sporting championships will be honoured.
