From 2023 onwards, the FIA Trophy for Historic Regularity Rallies returns to its previous format which consists of one single event, where all Drivers and Co-drivers wishing to participate can do so. The winning crew of this event will be declared Winner of the FIA Trophy for Historic Regularity Rallies.

At its meeting in Beijing on 12 September, the World Motor Sport Council took the following decisions concerning Historic Motor Sport.
