This year’s programme welcomed top-tier participants from FIA Member Clubs around the world for a three-day programme filled with valuable insights.

The FIA held the 6th edition of the FIA University Senior Executive Programme developed in partnership with Columbia Business School, New York.

The tailor-made programme developed under the leadership of Professor Moran Cerf, Columbia Business School’s Academic Director in Executive Education, aims to upskill senior executives from the FIA Member Clubs' network, ultimately helping to improve outcomes and consistency for all Member Clubs. This aligns with the FIA’s wider ambition to empower its Clubs and Regions.

FIA Member Clubs' executives attending the programme participated in sessions on the Business of AI, critical decision-making, and persuasion and negotiation skills, among others — providing them with essential knowledge that will undoubtedly transform and enhance the way they work and lead. They also enjoyed the opportunity to exchange Club case studies and experiences, both during sessions and during the programme’s social events.

This programme was offered as part of the FIA University, the FIA’s learning and educational institute. The FIA University provides education, research and training opportunities for individuals from the whole FIA Members' network, with the aim to improve leadership, business, and development outcomes across mobility and motor sport.

FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem addressed a message to the participants, emphasising the importance of the programme: “As you know, my team and I are dedicated to making the FIA a knowledge-driven organisation. The FIA University Senior Executives Programme in partnership with Columbia Business School is a crucial step towards that goal. Thank you all for being a part of this valuable initiative.”
