For over 60 years, the TCS has provided medical advice. With the new “TCS MyMed” platform, the TCS is now expanding its offer and gradually deploying telemedicine services.

The platform is divided into eight sections: travel medicine, emergency medicine, mobility, gynaecology, diseases and symptoms, treatment, travel information, and services and products. Over 100 medical experts explain medical matters in a simple and understandable way via articles, interviews and explanatory videos.

“TCS MyMed” works in collaboration with various hospitals, medical offices, universities, chief physicians and clinic directors, including the University Hospital in Bern, as well as with the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health, to guarantee the independence and quality of the content.

For TCS CEO Jürg Wittwer, the topic of health is in the TCS DNA: “With “TCS MyMed”, we are expanding this offer by using the full range of modern communication and dissemination tools. We are thus responding to the ever-increasing needs of our members for rapid access to professional and accessible medical information”.
