This year’s tailor-made programme was attended by 20 delegates from eight FIA Member Clubs from Central and South America, and was delivered entirely in Spanish.

Classes focused on innovation, transformation, leadership and how delegates can take action when returning home after the programme. The course also provided delegates with the opportunity to discuss some of the common challenges they face, and to think about how they can successfully tackle these challenges together.

Social events during the programme provided delegates with ample networking opportunities, and every delegate was awarded a certificate of participation upon completion of the programme.

Delegates will continue their discussions through a set of homework assignments which they will complete online over the coming months.
