Alexander Albon excluded
05.09.15
Thai driver Alexander Albon (Signature) was still celebrating his third pole position in the Formula 3 European Championship when he was informed of the fact that he had been excluded from second qualifying.
After second qualifying, there was less than the minimum amount of one kilogram of fuel, as required in the regulations, left in the fuel tank of his Dallara. Therefore, Albon was excluded from the results, but will be allowed to start the second and third race of the weekend from the back of the grid. Thus, Felix Rosenqvist (Prema Powerteam) inherited pole position for race two.
