The FIA will create an e-library by digitising its archives which will be accessible to all in 2024. The e-library will preserve the Federation’s rich heritage and it will be a valuable resource for Motor Sport and Mobility history research and education. As part of the development phase, a beta version of the e-library has been launched today and is open to all FIA Member Clubs for feedback.

The 2023 calendar for the FIA European Historic Rally Championship was approved by the FIA World Motor Sport Council in Bologna. The championship calendar will feature nine rounds, with Greece joining the championship with the Historic Acropolis Rally in November, adding a second gravel event to the schedule for the first time.

The World Motor Sport Council convened for the final time in 2022 at the Savoia Regency Hotel in Bologna as part of the FIA Annual General Assembly Week. The meeting was hosted by FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem with FIA Deputy President for Sport Robert Reid, and WMSC members joining in person and via video conference.

The 2023 FIA World Rallycross Championship calendar has been announced, and to celebrate its tenth season World RX will visit Africa and Asia next year – as well as iconic European venues and featuring the return of some old favourites, including the fabled birthplace of the sport.
