Case ICA-2022-07: Appeal lodged by the Automobile Club of Syria ("the ACS") against the decision of the FIA dated 23 November 2022 to exclude the ACS President from participation in the Annual General Assembly of the FIA
On 23 November 2022, Mr Hani Shaban (President of the Automobile Club of Syria) received an email concerning his attendance to any official FIA meetings or events, including the FIA Annual General Assembly that will be held in Bologna (Italy) on 9 December 2022.
On 29 November 2022, the Appellant provided its notification of appeal to the ICA against the email dated 23 November 2022.

The decision will be published as soon as possible after the hearing.
Accreditation
Requests for accreditation must be sent by email to the FIA Press Office (sgomez@fia.com) on the official letterhead paper of the publication or other medium requesting accreditation, no later than Monday 5 December 2022 at noon (Paris time)
The accreditation request must be signed by the Chief Editor or the Head of a Department (specify which) of the relevant publication, or medium.
The accreditation request must include the following:
i) the hearing and the date for which the accreditation is requested;
ii) name of the journalist and photocopy of their professional press card (currently valid);
iii) email address to which the FIA can send an answer.
