The FIA advises that, following an incident during the FIA Formula 2 Race 1 start procedure today, 25/09/21, in Sochi, the driver of car #4, Felipe Drugovich, has been taken to GBUZ City Hospital No.4 for precautionary checks.

Felipe Drugovich has been declared unfit to take part in today’s FIA Formula 2 Feature Race at Sochi.

The driver was given the all-clear following a CT scan and an X-Ray, however, it has been decided by the Chief Medical Officer that he is not fit to take part in today’s race.
